Governance
General Committee
All of the members of CEDAR are incorporated into the General Committee of the organization. This body is responsible to elect an Executive Committee through holding a General Meeting. It also approves the Annual Report, Yearly Financial Report and Audit Report as well.
Executive Committee
The Executive Board of the organization is called the Executive Committee (EC) as defined in its approved constitution, which comprises of nine members and is elected for three consecutive years by the direct vote of the general members of the General Committee (GC). This EC is the supreme authority to implement any program to be undertaken by the organization.
